This July, ECCD Tinambac proudly joined the national campaign โ€œSa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat!โ€, aligned with the Philippine Plan of Action for Nutrition (PPAN) 2023โ€“2028, underscoring that proper nutrition and food security are fundamental rights to all the children.

Under the visionary leadership of Mayor Edward Albert โ€œBobitโ€ Prades, our Local Government Unit demonstrated unwavering commitment to child health and nutrition. At the eventโ€™s core, as the ECCD teacher, Ma’am Juvelyn Clemen played a vital role in facilitating the event, ensuring that the celebration was both informative and engaging.

Sir Herve M. Lagarde, Municipal Nutrition Action Officer, delivered a powerful message: nutrition security isnโ€™t just policyโ€”itโ€™s integral to human dignity and well-being. Meanwhile, Maโ€™am Maria Julia P. Dela Cruz, MSWDO Focal Person for National Programs, emphasized the importance of multi-sector collaboration; she reminded us that lasting impact requires collective action.

Together, ECCD Tinambac created an environment where education, fun, and purposeful dialogue combined to spark inspiration. From pledges like โ€œSay Yes to Veggies!โ€ to parents committing to healthier meals at home, the event embodied the PPAN vision of community-led change.

By uniting local leadership, educators, nutrition experts, and families, ECCD Tinambac sent a clear message: nutrition for every child is everyoneโ€™s responsibility. Letโ€™s continue the journey toward healthier, happier futures for Tinambac.
