A meaningful and compassionate initiative took place today through the Free Disability Clinic, providing vital care to children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, children with cerebral palsy, and persons with disabilities caused by mental health conditions.

This activity was made possible through the dedication of the HELP Learning Center Foundation Inc., NORFIL Foundation Inc., with the support of Liliane Fonds, in partnership with the Tinambac Municipal Hospital, Rural Health Unit I, Rural Health Unit II, the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), the Local Government Unit of Tinambac headed by Mayor Edward Albert “Bobit” P. Prades and the Sangguniang Bayan.

Held at the Tinambac Community-Based Rehabilitation Center, this activity reflects more than just a programβ€”it reflects a promise. A promise from the administration of Mayor Edward Albert β€œBobit” P. Prades, together with the Sangguniang Bayan of Tinambac, to prioritize our persons with disabilities, ensuring they receive the respect, care, and support they truly deserve.

Because in Tinambac, every child, every person, and every story matters.
