Mayor Bobit Prades, through the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), formally announces the opening of nominations for BIDA SI SK: Gawad Parangal 2025—a recognition program that honors outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) leaders, councils, and youth volunteers who exemplify excellence, innovation, and service.
