SEA TRAVEL ADVISORY | January 3, 2026 (5:00 AM)
The Philippine Coast Guard has issued a sea travel advisory because of strong winds and rough seas caused by the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan), based on the latest weather report from DOST-PAGASA.
Areas affected in Camarines Sur:
- Siruma
- Tinambac
- Lagonoy
- Garchitorena
- Caramoan
Fishing boats, small boats, and all vessels below 250 gross tons are NOT ALLOWED to go out to sea in these areas.
Bigger vessels should be very careful because sea conditions are dangerous.
This advisory will stay in effect until further notice, depending on weather updates.
For everyone’s safety—especially our fishermen—please do not risk going out to sea.
