Celebrating 125 Years of Service and Integrity

This September 2025, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) leads the nation in commemorating the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) — honoring over a century of dedicated public service since the enactment of Public Law No. 5 on September 19, 1900.

As this year marks a milestone celebration, the 125th PCSA carries the theme: “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan.” This powerful message spotlights the unwavering contributions of the country’s public sector workforce in realizing the aspirations of a Bagong Pilipinas — through patriotism, excellence, and integrity in every act of service, especially in frontline delivery.

Join the celebration on September 22–23, 2025 at the Municipal Grounds, Binalay, Tinambac. A vibrant celebration of the 125th PCSA with activities that honor both wellness and livelihood:

– Fun Run & Fun Walk – stride with pride for public service

– Zumba Jam – dance for unity, health, and joy

– Livelihood Workshops – empowering skills for sustainable futures
