Earlier today, December 30, 2025, the Local Government Unit of Tinambac, led by Mayor Edward Albert โ€œBobitโ€ P. Prades together with the members of the Sangguniang Bayan, Department Heads, Municipal Employees, the PNP Tinambac led by PMAJ Arman G. Rubio, the BFP Tinambac led by SFOI Aureo S.J. Pomposo Jr., DepEd officials, Barangay officials, and the Freemasons of Camarines Sur Masonic Lodge No. 382, gathered at the Tinambac Rizal Park to honor the 129th Martyrdom of Dr. Jose Rizal.

Through a solemn wreath-laying ceremony, the life, sacrifices, and ideals of our national hero were remembered and cherished. A heartfelt tribute to the Philippine flag was also offered by Mason Oscar Chavez, symbolizing the deep love for country that Rizal embodied.

This yearโ€™s theme, โ€œ๐‘๐ข๐ณ๐š๐ฅ: ๐’๐š ๐๐š๐ ๐›๐š๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐ง๐  ๐ฆ๐ ๐š ๐Œ๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ฒ๐š๐ง, ๐€๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐š๐ญ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฐ๐š ๐Œ๐จ ๐š๐ง๐  ๐“๐ฎ๐ง๐š๐ฒ ๐ง๐š ๐†๐š๐›๐š๐ฒ,โ€ resonated deeply with everyone present. It was thoughtfully and passionately discussed by the Guest Speaker, Dr. Federico Jose T. Lagdameo, Ph.D., a professor from the Philosophy Department of Ateneo de Naga University and a part-time lecturer at Ateneo de Manila University, who inspired the audience to reflect on Rizalโ€™s enduring wisdom and vision.

Members of the Sangguniang Bayan shared heartfelt messages, expressing how Rizalโ€™s life continues to guide and uplift our community. First Lady and Former Vice Mayor Belle Prades also delivered an inspiring message, reminding everyone that Rizalโ€™s teachings are a beacon for unity, compassion, and nation-building.

With deep commitment and sincerity, Municipal Mayor Edward Albert โ€œBobitโ€ P. Prades shared his message, relating Rizalโ€™s life and principles to the daily responsibilities of civil servants. He vowed, from the depths of his heart, that just like Rizal, he would continue to serve dutifully as the Local Chief Executive, guided always by transparency, integrity, accountability, and good governanceโ€”working tirelessly for the progress, welfare, and dreams of every Tinambacqueรฑo.
